New to hosting?

Start with our free guide, How to host your first vendor show.

From the date to the thank-yous in 13 steps: the timeline, the venue, permits, insurance, booth prices, vendors, shoppers and show day.

A booth map you can draw on your phone

  • Rows of booths in seconds, any size, on any floor shape.
  • Line it up with the venue's floor plan, from a photo or a PDF.
  • See overlaps, fire lanes and blocked doors before show day.
  • Print it to scale, or save a picture for Facebook.

One application, on any phone

Vendors apply from your link, with no account to make: photos, categories and your own questions. Food questions go only to food trucks and bakers, and category limits mean you won't end up with eight candle vendors.

Every show gets its own page

Your banner, logo and color, with the dates, the venue, booth prices and your refund policy, at an address you can share: myvendorshow.com/you/your-show. There's room at the bottom to thank your sponsors.

Your vendors, remembered

Your vendor list builds itself, show after show, with who was in which booth. Next year, invite them back.

Free for hosts.

Vendors who pay online pay a small booking fee, shown up front: 3%, and never more than $5 a booth. Rather cover it yourself? One switch. Square takes its usual card fee on online payments.

No fee on cash or checks

Payments you record yourself are currently free.*

Refer a host

Once you're set up, share your link. When a host you send runs their first show here, we send you a third of our booking fee from it: about $40 for a 50-booth show.

Built by hosts, for hosts

I've hosted more than 100 shows and sold at more than 1,500 since 2011. Before every one, I was chasing applications, balancing categories and drawing the map the night before. Then came the question nobody could answer: who was in booth 14 last year?

My Vendor Show is the tool I wanted for my own shows.

Questions

+Is it really free for hosts?

Yes, from us. Vendors who pay online pay our small booking fee, shown up front: 3%, never more than $5 a booth, unless you choose to cover it, which is one switch. Square takes its usual card fee from online payments, as it does for any sale. Payments you record yourself, like cash or checks, are currently free (subject to change, with 30 days' notice).

+Do my vendors need an account?

No. They apply from your show's link on their phone, and get an email with a private link to check on their application.

+Can I still take cash and checks?

Yes. Mark a booth as paid by cash or check, and it's in your records like any other.

+Can I use my venue's floor plan?

Yes. Take a photo of it or use the PDF, mark two points a known distance apart, and draw your booths right on top of it.

+What about my vendors from last year?

Bring your list in from a spreadsheet. After your first show here, your vendor list and who was in which booth are kept for next year.

+When can I use it?

Spring 2027. Join the early list and we'll email you when it opens. Early hosts help shape what we build.
