They contact vendors only through My Vendor Show (emails from applications@mail.myvendorshow.com) or from midwestbillboardmedia@gmail.com, and everything they send is also on your vendor page here. They'll never send you a form or invoice anywhere else.

Refund policy
If you cancel at least 14 days before the show, you'll get a full refund of your booth fee. After that, booth fees aren't refundable.
